INDOOR OPEN DAY
The Somatic Hub Open Experience Day is an indoor open day for both new visitors and existing members who want to experience and better understand the full scope of work at Somatic Hub.
This day is about exploration and clarity — not performance or fixed programming.
There is no set schedule, no pressure to participate, and no expectation to “do” anything.
You are welcome to come in, take your time, ask questions, observe, connect, and — if you wish — experience short, practical introductions to the different methods we work with.

Access to the space throughout the day
Time for conversation, explanation and orientation
Insight into Somatic Hub’s approach and structure
Drinks and small snacks in a relaxed indoor setting
Short experience sessions can be booked separately on site.
Open Experience Sessions – 20 min
Throughout the day, short one-on-one experience sessions are available.
20 min session – €30
Available experiences include:
Systema – movement, structure and adaptability
Systema Breathwork – breathing and nervous system regulation
Pravilo – structure, traction and deep internal response
Stick Bodywork / Systema Massage – pressure, percussion and fascia work
Body Tempering – loading, decompression and tissue adaptation
Sessions are introductory by nature and supported by clear explanation.
They are meant to give insight into the work, not to replace full sessions.Booking happens on the day via a simple sign-up board.

THE SYSTEMA FUNDAMENTALS

This seminar is an in-depth introduction to the core principles of the martial art Systema, not as a collection of techniques, but as a way of functioning under pressure.
Systema is about control.
First of yourself, then your surroundings, and only then others when necessary.
My approach to Systema is shaped by real-world professional experience with aggression and violence, keeping the training realistic and applicable under pressure. This is why Systema is uniquely suited for self-defence in its full scope: it develops control, perception, and the ability to recover physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Even while the situation is still unfolding.

STICK BODYWORK MASTERCLASS
BY JAREK KOSAWOWSKI
Experience one of the most profound bodywork systems developed within Systema — STICK BODYWORK (Ryabko Method Massage).
This method uses sticks and other specialized tools to release deep layers of tension, restore circulation, and guide the body and mind back to a natural state of balance. It’s a complete approach to recovery — physical, emotional, and psychological.
Over four intensive days, participants will explore how to read posture, work safely with pain, and release tension through precise use of tools and breathing.
Each participant will also receive a PRIVATE 1-HOUR session from Jarek during the event — essential for fully understanding and embodying the method.
