About Jarek Kosakowski
Jarek Kosakowski is the head instructor of Systema Ryabko Polska and an internationally recognized teacher of Stick Bodywork (Ryabko Method Massage).
He trained directly with Mikhail and Daniil Ryabko for many years, specializing in Stick Bodywork, breath-guided pressure techniques, and deep release methods.
His knowledge is practical, precise, and rooted in the original Slavic methodology — not through interpretation, but directly from the source.
Jarek’s style is calm, exacting, and uncomplicated. He focuses on genuine internal change: releasing tension, restoring structure, and teaching the body to function as it was intended.
He is supported by an experienced assistant team to ensure personal guidance and high quality throughout.
