About Jarek Kosakowski
Jarek Kosakowski is hoofdinstructeur bij Systema Ryabko Polska en een internationaal erkende leraar in Stick Bodywork (Ryabko Method Massage.
Hij heeft jarenlang direct getraind met Mikhail en Daniil Ryabko, waarbij hij zich specialiseerde in Stick Bodywork, ademgestuurde druktechnieken en diepwerkende release-methoden.
Zijn kennis is praktisch, helder en geworteld in de originele Slavische methodiek — niet via interpretatie, maar rechtstreeks vanuit de bron.
Jarek’s stijl is kalm, precies en ongecompliceerd. Hij richt zich op echte interne verandering: spanning loslaten, structuur herstellen en het lichaam leren functioneren zoals het is bedoeld.
